Thank you so much for getting our Fjord " Banner Man" here safe and sound and on time. (Troy, MT to Oakhurst, CA.) Everything was smmoth as silk and he arrived in great shape. 23 Jul 2007Dear Lisa; Kado arrived here just fine, he didnt look too tired, he was in good shape other than a little underweight, which i was aware of. I wanted to comment on our driver, and the trailer she had. It was all rubber from approx. the hips down making it a much safer space for all the horses to travel in, she also had an abundant amount of clean shavings in the stalls to prevent slipping. i believe she introduced herself as "Frenchie". She was very polite, personnable, and most noticably, kind and patient with the horses. She still had a yearling on the trailer going to Maine, and it was a little hesitant to unload, but Frenchie took her time, she talked to the yearling very softly and encouraged her to offload safely and quietly. i was very impressed. She walked the yearling, let her graze a little and then cleaned her stall before loading her back in. Frenchie stayed and chatted with us and cleaned her trailer, it was an absolute joy to have her hauling my horse. Again i want to thank you, your team and staff for making this delivery a much better experience for me. I would and WILL recommend Hauled Right and especially Frenchie to anyone i can that is interested in hauling a horse. Thanks so much and please personnally THANK Frenchie for me, she was awesome!!! I will use Hauled Right for all on my equine transportation. I compared them against many transport prices and they were the best price for the value and care they provide. My weanling arrived safe, healthly and happy and I looking forward to them bringing me my new fast barrel horse! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my horses. Frenchie was so nice and she was very concerned for my filly and her cut on her leg. The cut happened before she arrived to pick up the horses and she wanted to make sure she was ok before loading her up. I really appreciate that kind of concern. The trailer was nice and very clean. The horses looked good and didnt seemed stressed at all even though my mare is very pregnant and the filly had never even been handled. These where rescue horses too. Also Thank you for coming through for us after another hauler gave us a horrible experience. This was also last minute and worked out great and was very reasonably priced. I will recommend you to all my horsey frieds.Thank you!!

Hauled Right has shipped numerous horses for us, from weanlings to Stallions as well as minis and in one case, two pygmy goats! They have always taken great care of our critters and are always great about keeping us apprised of their progress enroute. and DID call like they were supposed to and were very courteous and friendly
and helpful and helped me load since I am very prego and not supposed to do
it.
I am very happy with the service you provide and the women who came where
very professional and excellent drivers since I put them in a very bad spot
of turning around. They got the job done in a "tight" situation and where
quick about getting where they had to go and the communication was
WONDERFUL.

Just wanted to tell you thank you for delivering my mare safe and sound. I appreciate the phone calls and emails to tell me what was going on. The time frame was pushed back a little due to getting behind but I find that this something that is uncontrollable and understandable. Beyond that was the fact that both the delivery people (I’m sorry they told me their names and I’ve slept since then) took the time to chat with me even though I knew they were on a schedule. The rig was nice, the people were professional, but taking the time and effort to talk to the customer is what brings people back.
